New additions to the lodge dinner menu!

**Appetizers**
-Bacon wrapped sea scallop served on top of a jalapeño cream sauce

-Seafood Arancini served over a spicy pomadora sauce

-Grilled shrimp served over a polenta cake with marinara and topped with fried basil

*Main Course**
-Quail stuffed with bacon pate on top of wild rice, roasted carrots, and balsamic reduction

-A 12 oz pork chop served over cheese grits and topped with a spicy diavolo sauce

We sampled(listed above) a few new dishes that are going to be added to our new dinner menu at the lodge for this spring & summer. The portions in the pictures are smaller(some 1/2 & others 1/4) of what you’ll actually get as we needed to leave room to taste them all.

We’re really excited about the direction we’re headed as we’re always trying to improve and ensure our clients the best!
